The Options of Designing and Developing your Website
What are the options of designing and developing your Website? There are so many choices and levels of quality and price in the Web design and Website development industry. You can shop around for a bid on your Website, and you will get a wide variety of bids from $500 to $20,000+ for the same project requirements! There are no established rates and standards in our industry. If you go by the lowest price as a rule, you get what you pay for. A penny saved can be a dollar lost in the long run. Don’t go cheap on your company image—people will see it.
Below is a guide with tips on all your options to consider for each type when choosing to have your Website designed and developed.

- Option 1: Do it Yourself – This can be the least expensive of all of the options, but you will pay for it with your time. You will have to learn the fundamentals of good web design rules, expensive software, programming, hosting requirements--just to name a few elements involved with a Website. Just because you can learn this, does not mean your Website will be professional. Everyone can learn how to drive a car, but that doesn’t mean you can qualify for a NAASCAR race!

Furthermore, you risk straining and harming a good relationship if you are not happy. Should you stay quiet if you are not happy? It is best to be honest with a professional that you don't have a personal friendship with.
